An Astoria sports bar is on the market.
The owners of Ditmars Station, located at 22-55 31st Street, are trying to selling the business for $299,000.
They are touting the bar, which can seat 80 people, as a “fantastic sports bar/restaurant” with a prime location. The bar is located next to the 31st street subway station, down the street from Ditmars Blvd.
The bar brings in $830,000 of net revenue, with expenses totaling $572,000, according to a multiple listing ad. The rent is $5,800.
The pub has been recently renovated and it comes with 14 TVs, a projector and a surveillance system.
The bar is located in a very competitive environment. It is located next door to O’Hanlon’s Bar and is across the street from Sweet Spot Sporting Lounge and Restaurant.
The owner was unavailable for comment.
