JACKSON HEIGHTS — Authorities were searching for two women who allegedly attacked a man on a No. 7 train platform, the NYPD said.
The 22-year-old victim had gotten into a verbal dispute with one of the women May 24 just before 10 a.m. at the 74th Street and Roosevelt Avenue station before the pair began punching him in his head and body, the NYPD said.
One of the suspects allegedly slashed the man’s arm and shoulder with an unknown object, according to police.
The victim was taken to Elmhurst Hospital Center, treated and released, police said.
One of the female suspects, depicted in surveillance images distributed by the NYPD, was described as a 35-year-old Hispanic woman who wore her black hair in a ponytail.
