Cops Offer Self-defense Lesson to Lic Women

At the monthly Long Island City Business Women’s meeting to discuss issues related to western Queens, 108th Precinct Capt. Brian Hennessy and P.O. Luis Santiago lead a self-defense class that discussed techniques women can use to protect themselves. Attendees are pictured, joined by Hennessy and Santiago along with Assemblywoman Catherine Nolan at the event Wednesday, Sept. 17.
