Members of the 104th Precinct Civilian Observation Patrol (104COP) hit the links at the Forest Park Golf Course for the organization’s annual fund-raising outing last Friday morning, Oct. 17. Cosponsored by the Avenue Bar and Grill in Glendale, patrol members and their supporters played a round of golf with proceeds going toward its operations. Among those taking part in the event, as shown, were 104COP President Frank Kotnik (fourth from left) and Capt. Christopher Manson (third from left), the 104th Precinct’s commanding officer.
