Checking In on Woodhaven Pre-k

City Council Member Elizabeth Crowley, second from right, and Queens Library Interim President and CEO Bridget Quinn- Carey, far right, recently joined the teachers of Woodhaven preschoolers. The library is the first in the nation to provide formal early childhood education at its libraries, using dedicated, licensed early childhood educators hired by the library for the program.
