A burglar took thousands of dollars’ worth of cellphones from a Corona telecommunications store earlier this month after breaking in through the back wall, according to police.
The theft occurred about 9 p.m. on July 9 at 97-09 Roosevelt Ave., authorities said.
The male suspect was able to enter the business by cutting a hole in its rear wall, police said. He then took cellphones, valued at about $9,500.
