Ridgewood Savings Bank and its executive team will be hosting a series of document shredding events at local branches.
Acceptable materials include CDs & DVDs, computer disks, old check books, credit cards, microfiche, microfilm, carbon paper, empty prescription bottles, plastic ID cards, file folders and regular paper. There is a limit to two boxes per household. No appointment is necessary and interested residents can visit any of the branches listed at the specified time and date to take advantage of Ridgewood’s free shredding services.
The Queens event will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the following date:
Oct. 10, 230-22 Merrick Blvd, Laurelton, NY 11413
The Mortgage Bankers Association of New York has also elected Art Saitta, assistant vice president and residential business officer at Ridgewood Savings Bank.
For the past year, Saitta has chaired the Residential Division of the Mortgage Bankers Association of NY. After this appointment, Art Saitta was nominated for and elected to the board of governors. As one of the 12 members of the board of governors Saitta joins ranks with colleagues from prominent accounting, law, lending and industry firms. .
