A 26-year-old man was killed Saturday morning after he fell off a subway platform and was struck by a 7 train, authorities said.
Police received a call at 1:30 a.m. of an unresponsive male at the northbound side of the Junction Boulevard station on Roosevelt Avenue.
The victim suffered severe body trauma, and emergency medical personnel declared him dead at the scene, police said. His identity was withheld by police pending family notification.
Main Street-bound 7 trains are currently running express from 74 Street to Willets Point.
The investigation is ongoing.
