Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man who exposed himself to a woman while on the F train last month.
On Nov. 15, at about 9 a.m., the suspect— identified as 33-year-old Rachide Arthur— exposed his private parts to a 48-year-old female while on board the northbound F train at the 169th Street station in Jamaica, police said.
Arthur is described by police as about 6 feet tall, approximately 215 pounds with a full goatee and last seen wearing a red long-sleeved sweater with a white design in front of it, blue jeans, black boots and carrying a yellow plastic bag.
Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS.The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website or texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
