House in the middle is 65-25 Roosevelt Avenue

Plans have been filed for a six story building to go up on Roosevelt Avenue.
The new building, to be located at 65-25 Roosevelt Avenue, will replace a 2-story attached house that is scheduled to be demolished.
The new structure, according to Dec. 31 filings with the Dept. of Buildings, will include a community center, retail space and 10 dwelling units.
The owner is listed as Lilly Chen, from New Hyde Park. A demolition permit was filed on Dec. 18.
