Glendale is about to witness another Hollywood film production literally in their front yards tomorrow.

New Line Productions Inc. is working on a movie titled “Collateral Beauty,” sources say. According to IMDb, Collateral Beauty is a story of a New York man who is sent on a downward spiral by a tragic event. The film is scheduled for release on Dec. 16 of this year.

The cast includes Hollywood stars such as Kate Winslet, Keira Knightley, Will Smith and Edward Norton. It is not known whether any of the actors will be present in Glendale tomorrow.

All four actors have either won or have been nominated for Academy Awards, with Winslet up for an Best Supporting Actress Oscar this Sunday for her role in the biopic “Steve Jobs.”

This Wednesday, Feb. 24, from 2 p.m. to 4 a.m., parking will be restricted on parts of Myrtle Avenue, Union Turnpike as well as 86th and 78th streets for staging of scenes and parking of production vehicles.

The production company behind the movie is owned by Warner Bros. and has a long history of movie hits, which include “The Lord of the Rings” trilogy, “The Notebook” and “Horrible Bosses.”

Over the last year, Glendale has been the spot for a number of television and film shoots, with much of the filming taking place at or near Broadway Stages’ studios at the former Atlas Terminals.
