The police are looking for a man who allegedly used his cell phone to secretly record under a woman’s skirt at the 74 Street/Roosevelt Ave E train station on Tuesday.
The victim, a 29-year-old woman, reported that she bumped in to the suspect while walking up the stairs to the platform around 5:05 p.m.
Once the suspect walked away, a passerby told her that the suspect had used his cellphone to record under her skirt. Though she tried to chase after him, he ran away.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic man between the ages of 40 and 50 and about 5 feet 7 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a dark colored striped shirt, dark jean shorts, black sneakers and a backpack.
The police have released a video and photo of the suspect, and ask for the public’s help in identifying and locating him.
