Police are searching for a woman who assaulted another woman on an E train in Jackson Heights on Tuesday.
According to the report, the alleged perpetrator got into an argument over a seat with the 64-year-old victim on a northbound E train near the Roosevelt Avenue station. The dispute escalated in to a physical fight, and the suspect punched the victim in the face several times.
The suspect is described as a black woman around 30 years old.
Police have released a photo of the suspect and anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
