NYPD: Man breaks into Jackson Heights electronics store, takes $15K cash, cellphones and laptops

The police are looking for a man who allegedly broke into a Jackson Heights electronics store and stole $15,000 in cash and dozens of cellphones and laptops last week.

The suspect broke into Electromania, located at 100-15 Roosevelt Avenue, though a back window at around 10:40pm on Wednesday, June 7, and took $15,000 as well as 20 iPhones, 35 Galaxy cellphones and 40 HP laptops, police said.

The suspect is described as having a skinny build, with long hair.

He was last seen wearing a skull cap, a hooded sweatshirt, and gloves.
