Police are searching for a man who stabbed a Jackson Heights food vendor during a dispute on Thursday morning.

According to the NYPD, a 40-year-old man operating a food truck at the corner of Roosevelt Avenue and 92nd Street at around 2 a.m. on Aug. 10 got into a verbal argument with a Hispanic man in his 30s. It is not clear if the men knew each other.

Police said the man walked away but then came back with a knife and stabbed the food vendor three times in the torso. He fled on foot in an unknown location.
