College Point‘s annual day of kid-friendly fun is here again this weekend.
The College Point Boulevard Street will bring games, rides, food and other fun activities to College Point Boulevard on Sunday, Oct. 22. The event will take place between 20th and 14th Avenues and run from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Children can enjoy free rides all day long. Vendors will be stationed throughout the corridor selling a diverse selection of foods, clothing and trinkets, and there will be live entertainment.
The North Shore Animal League mobile pet adoption trailer will also be parked onsite to give attendees the change to take home a new furry friend.
Kids and seniors at the event will have the opportunity to get free IDs, courtesy of the Free Masons.
The event is hosted by the College Point Board of Trade and Meteor Festivals and sponsored by a number of local businesses and elected officials. The fair will take place rain or shine.
