Police are looking for a man who felt the need to touch himself while riding the subway in Long Island City.
At 2:10 p.m. on Aug. 31, an unknown man was riding on a Queens-bound 7 train. As the train approached the Queensboro Plaza station, the man was seen touching his genitals over his clothing while staring at a 29-year-old female passenger and other female passengers.
Following the incident, the suspect exited the train at the 52nd Street station.
The suspect is described as a light skinned male between the ages of 35 and 40-years-old, standing 5 feet, 9 inches to 6 feet, 1 inch tall, and weighing 180 to 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black tights, black and white sneakers and he wore a green backpack.
