A Jackson Heights deacon and father of two has been charged for allegedly groping a woman on the subway last week.

Jaime Pinzon, a 55-year-old architect and Jackson Heights resident, allegedly touched a 27-year-old woman’s genitals over her clothing on Dec. 12 on a southbound F train.

The incident allegedly occurred at around 9:30 a.m. near 47-50th Streets/Rockefeller Center and 57th Street/ 6th Avenue, according to court documents.

The woman told police she tried to move away from Pinzon but that he continued to press his hand against her crotch, according to published reports.

The victim, police said, took pictures of the man using her cellphone and gave them to the authorities.

Parishioners at the church where Pinzon is a deacon, St. Joan of Arc Parish in Jackson Heights, reportedly recognized him from the photos and notified police.

He was arrested Dec. 15 at his Jackson Heights home and charged with two counts of forcible touching and one count of sexual abuse.

The DA initially requested a $1,000 bail be set, but he was released on his own recognizance.
