Man holds knife to victim’s throat and steals his phone at a Jamaica subway station: cops

Cops are looking for a knife-wielding thief who robbed a man of his phone at a Jamaica subway station.

At 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 16, the 64-year-old male victim was sitting in the Parsons Boulevard subway station when an unknown man sat down beside him and asked to use his cellphone. When the victim refused, the suspect pulled out a knife and held it to the victim’s neck.

The suspect then took the phone and exited the station westbound on Hillside Avenue.

Police describe the suspect as an Asian man in his twenties, standing 5 feet, 7 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweater, gray sweatpants and black sneakers.
