Police Search for Subway Attackers Who Broke Man’s Jaw at Roosevelt/Jackson Heights Station

Police are searching for two teenagers who allegedly beat up a 22-year-old man at the Roosevelt Avenue/Jackson Heights subway station last month–breaking his jaw. 

The two suspects attacked the victim on the E train platform at around 10:30 p.m. on May 20 after getting into an argument with him. The suspects punched and kicked him in the face. 

The pair took off on the Manhattan-bound E train. The victim was transported to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn, where he received surgery for his fractured jaw.

Police described both of the suspects as black and between 16 and 20 years old. One of the suspects was wearing a blue hoodie with a blue hat, and the other was wearing a black hoodie.
