Building permits were filed Friday for a 7-story mixed-use building on Roosevelt Avenue.

The building, proposed for 91-09 Roosevelt Ave., will feature ground floor commercial space, community facilities–such as doctors offices– on the second floor, as well as 150 apartments on floors 3 through 7.

The plan, filed Friday, includes space for 100 parking spaces in the cellar. Residents of the building will have access to a laundry room and bicycle parking on third floor.

The 91,463 square foot building will offer 59,167 square feet of residential space, 16,900 square feet of community facility space and 15,396 square feet of commercial space.

The property owner is listed as Ron Cohen of Mastic Management LLC. Mastic Management, which purchased the property for $12 million in 2016. The location was previously owned by Cumberland Farms, a convenience store company.

The property is currently occupied by an auto repair shop. Mastic filed demolition permits for the existing building in July 2016.

The location is a block from the 90th Street- Elmhurst Avenue (7) subway station.
