Sales have begun for 11 residences in a five-story condominium at 31-19 37th Ave. in the neighborhood of Dutch Kills in Long Island City.

The condos feature reduced property taxes through 421-A tax abatement for the next 10 years. The property includes one- and two-bedroom homes as well as one ground-floor duplex. Residents will have access to the rooftop lounge, and some condos have private terraces.

Each residence includes a kitchen equipped with a Bosch refrigerator, Whirlpool dishwasher, Frigidaire microwave and GE oven and stove. The bathrooms have hardwood floors and porcelain tile. The condos also include Mitsubishi HVAC and Samsung washers and dryers.

The project covers 10,200 square feet of space. It was developed by GPK Holdings and designed by Angelo Ng and Anthony Ng Architects Studio. The brokerage firm Modern Spaces is running sales and marketing.

The building is near cultural centers such as the Museum of the Moving Image, Aurora Gallery and ARROW Community House. Residents can get to Manhattan using the nearby N, R, W, E and M trains.

“Dutch Kills is a growing neighborhood that’s seeing an uptick in interest from potential buyers. With restaurants, coffee shops and lounges opening daily, young families have an opportunity to grow and develop with the area,” said Eric Benaim, CEO of Modern Spaces.
