Plans have been filed for a four-story, mixed use building at 108-63 Roosevelt Ave in Corona.

The building is slated to go up on a vacant site at 108-63 Roosevelt Ave., previously used as a parking lot by Metropolitan Lumber and Hardware.

John Po Sheng Hsu, who is listed as the owner, plans to construct six residential units on top of ground floor commercial space.

The four story building, to be located close to the 111th Street station, will be 44 feet tall and about 5,622 square feet. About 1,000 square feet will be used for commercial space, with the remainder for residential.

The building is being designed by Michael Kang Architect.

Demolition permits have yet to be filed and a completion date has not yet been announced.
