67-Year-Old Woman Repeatedly Punched in Face at Roosevelt Avenue Station

A 67-year-old woman was repeatedly punched in the face by another woman inside the Roosevelt Avenue – Jackson Heights subway station two weeks ago.

On Tuesday, Sept. 10 at 3:15 p.m. the victim was switching trains inside the station when she got involved in a dispute with another woman, police said. The unknown woman allegedly punched the 67-year-old numerous times in the face.

According to police, the woman sustained bruising, but refused medical attention.

The NYPD has released a photo of the unknown suspect.
