Man Kicked in Face After Dispute at Roosevelt Avenue-Jackson Heights Station

A 41-year-old man was kicked in the face after getting in a fight with another man on board a northbound E train at the Roosevelt Avenue – Jackson Heights stop Saturday.

The two got into an argument on Nov. 16 at 9 a.m., after the alleged perpetrator kept the train doors open at the station. The dispute escalated at which point the suspect kicked the 41-year-old in his face as he went to pick up his phone from the platform, police said.

EMS transported the victim to an area hospital for an eye injury, cops said.

The NYPD have released a description of the man wanted for assault as follows. He is described as a man in his 20’s with black hair and brown eyes, who is about 5 feet 4 to 5 feet 6 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, blue jeans and black sneakers.
