Man Assaulted on E-Train Platform in Jackson Heights: NYPD

Police are looking for man who punched a subway rider on the train platform in Jackson Heights earlier this month.

Police said the 33-year-old victim was riding on a northbound E train when he got involved in an argument with the suspect on Dec. 8 around 3:30 p.m.

The victim exited the train at the Roosevelt Avenue/Jackson Heights subway station and the suspect followed, punching the victim twice in the face before fleeing back onto the train.

The victim was not seriously injured and refused medical attention at the scene, according to police.
