The police have released video footage of a man wanted for breaking into two eateries on 37th Avenue in Jackson Heights last month and taking off with more than $6,000 cash.
The suspect is alleged to have burglarized the two locales within the space of minutes during the early hours of Friday, March 13, according to police.
The first incident took place at around 12:40 a.m., when the suspect broke his way in through the back door of Mustang Thakali Kitchen, located at 74-14 37 Ave., and entered the premises.
The suspect then rummaged through the restaurant and stole around $370 in cash, police said.

The thief then targeted Farine Baking Company – located on the same block – at 74-24 37 Ave., at around 1 a.m. He gained access through the back door.
Once inside, he allegedly stole around $5,700 in cash and a check worth $2,000.
Police said the suspect wore all black clothing during the burglaries.
