Plans have been filed for a seven-story residential building in Rego Park, according to Department of Buildings records.
The building will go up at 64-10 Wetherole St. and will have 26 units, according to the plans filed last month. The structure will be 74-feet tall.
The total building will measure 20,332 square feet, with 17,271 square feet of residential space.
The building will also include enclosed parking for eight cars, a residential lobby and 600 square feet of outdoor space on the second floor and a recreational area on the roof.
Demolition plans to knock down the existing home at the address have not yet been filed with the DOB.
