Queensboro Dance Festival Season Finale Night 1
The first night of the season finale of the Queensboro Dance Festival at Queens Theatre will feature several performances by many different dance companies. Among those scheduled to perform are Mala’s Odissi, SarAika Movement Collective, Ayazamana Dance Group, Barbara Mahler’s dances, Cole Collective, Gotham Dance Theater, San Simon Sucre NY, Sheep Meadow Dance Theatre and Theo Yang Qu. Saturday, Sept. 16
Celebrating 50 Years of Hip-Hop with Lost Boyz
Queens Live! will conclude Saturday with a performance by the Lost Boyz in celebration of the 50th anniversary of hip-hop. The group of South Jamaica natives were significant players in the golden era of East Coast hip-hop, scoring several hits around the time of their 1996 debut. 2023 Summer Picnic with Family and Friends

Sunday, Sept. 17
Outlaw Music Festival Featuring Willie Nelson and Family

Broadway comes to Flushing as Mary’s Nativity Church presents “Finding God on Broadway,” presented by singer/actress Tracylynn Conner and her band. Featuring songs from Jesus Christ Superstar, Godspell, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, West Side Story and more.
