Police from the 102nd Precinct are still searching for three suspects who allegedly robbed two men at gunpoint on a residential street in Ozone Park in August.

Police say the two victims, a 37-year-old and a 24-year-old, were walking in front of 97-18 80th St. at around 8 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 24, when they were approached by the three men. One of them pulled out a handgun as the other two forcibly removed a cell phone at $200 in cash from the two victims, police said.

The suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction, according to authorities. There were no injuries reported as a result of the incident.

The NYPD released surveillance images of the suspects on Sept. 5.

One of the suspects was wearing a dark long-sleeved shirt with a red graphic across the chest and black sweatpants. The second man wore a black hooded sweatshirt and black sweatpants and the third suspect wore a white hoodie.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS.
