The NYPD released on Friday video and images of the suspect behind a recent stickup at a South Ozone Park convenience store.

Authorities said the robbery occurred at 12:45 a.m. inside the Quick Save Deli at 118-02 Rockaway Blvd.

Law enforcement agents said the perpetrator — described as a black man in his 40s standing 6 feet tall and weighing 200 pounds — approached the counter, then placed his hand inside his jacket pocket and simulated that he had a gun. The crook then demanded that the store clerk place money in a plastic bag.

The 33-year-old male clerk complied with the suspect’s request, placing $70 in the bag, police said. The bandit then exited the shop and was seen fleeing the location in a dark-colored SUV.

Officers from the 106th Precinct responded to the incident; there were no injuries.

Police said the bandit was last seen wearing a dark-colored jacket, a gray hooded sweatshirt, light-colored pants and dark-colored shoes.

Anyone with information regarding the robbery or the suspect’s whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS (for Spanish, dial 888-57-PISTA), visit their website or send a text message to 274637 (CRIMES), then enter TIP577. All calls and messages will be kept confidential.
