Residents, pols spar over litter

Frustration and anger over dirty streets in Forest Hills erupted into a shouting match between residents and elected officials during a Town Hall meeting Sunday.

Raising their voices and breaking the format of the meeting, where written questions were submitted to a panel of officials, a handful of outspoken residents joined in a chorus of accusations over what they described as insufferable conditions.
