Off-Duty Cop Allegedly Driving Drunk
An NYPD veteran has been arrested and charged in connection with a Middle Village car crash that left a 23-year-old man hurt.
According to reports, John Duggan, 41, a 20-year veteran, has been charged with driving while intoxicated for allegedly hitting city worker Nickossi Mathurin, 23, on February 1.
Mathurin is currently recovering at Elmhurst Hospital Center.
