Honor ‘Women of Distinction’

Senator Serphin Maltese honored “Women of Distinction” at the Richmond Hill South Civic Association’s monthly meeting. Schmidt; Middle Village Community Activist Gloria Schwalbach Seitz; and Margaret FInnerty, President, Richmond Hill South Civic Association.
