Flushing kids feel the spirit

These lucky tykes got to meet Santa Claus and watch the tree lighting at Queens Crossing in downtown Flushing recently.
The extravaganza, on Thursday, December 4, was the first of what promises to be a much-beloved tradition in a premier office, retail and exhibition space in Queens - right in the heart of one of the largest Asian communities in the nation.
In this most diverse county on the planet, Santa needs to speak nearly 140 languages. Judging from the faces of these kids, he’s got them in the spirit of Christmas present.
