Get help with financing
The Queens Borough President, Queens Chamber of Commerce and LaGuardia Community College’s Small Business Development Center are co-sponsoring a small business financing exposition on March 26 that will educate and connect Queens businesses to financing opportunities in the midst of the current economy.
The event will provide small business owners with the opportunity to meet with representatives from financial institutions who will offer information on financial products and services.
In addition, workshops will take place about how to make critical business decisions in challenging economic times and how a small business can qualify for financing.
The event will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Bulova Corporate Center at 75-20 Astoria Boulevard in Jackson Heights.

Basic Computer Lessons
On Friday, March 20 at 11 a.m., Auburndale Library will present Basic Computer Lessons for adult beginners, a one-on-one half-hour tutoring session. Limit two sessions per day, by appointment only. Introduction to Internet
