Coach Glabman is proud the Campus Magnet girls’ tennis team of the Campus Magnet Complex in Cambria Heights has won the Queens B 2 Division with an 11−1 record.
They are seeded No. 2 in the City B Division. They are now in the Quarterfinals B Division Championship. Glabman proudly announced that in regular league matches, the Campus Magnet team has had a 32−2 record over the past three years.
The key players are first singles Melissa Cohen (10−0), second singles Julene Sinclair (7−2), third singles Myechia McKain (9−2), first doubles Rohene Dhanraj (7−4) and Emma Johnson Thomas (7−4) and second doubles Alison Egbon (4−2) and Allison Cohen (3−2).
The Supersub is freshman Jamary Thomas (4−2), with the support of seniors Christine Ballah and Dinasia Weay.
