The shrimps were big, fat and juicy. The not-so-spicy chicken enchilada had a lot of flavor. The salmon was moist and was well complemented by the accompanying sauce.
But the most delicious entrée was the chipotle-lime chicken and rice. Blame the rich flavors on the fresh herbs and spices – cilantro, tamarind, garlic, chili, oregano, cinnamon – and the vibrant colors teased the eyes as well as the appetite. The intoxicating aroma that travelled through the office made several colleagues get up and follow their noses into the lunchroom. They all said the same thing – “Wow that smells good!”
It smelled good, it was good, and the sides delivered. Try the memorable cream corn esquites made with a cream of parmesan cheese and mild spicy flavor. Excellent even for the pickiest of children.
