As 2011 continues, the state of our nation’s economy looks no better than it was a year ago at this same time. Why has there been no significant improvement in the economy?
It seems the politicians in this country, including the president, cannot come to any mutually agreeable consensus as to how to grapple with this worsening economy. They had better realize that the patience of the American people has just about run out, if it has not already.
We need for our government to start seriously considering concrete ways to restore our national economy to a robust status and to also help get millions of unemployed Americans back to work as soon as possible, which means not next week, next month or next year — but now.
Again, Congress needs to start doing the job it was elected to do. Stop the political gunnysacking and windbag foolishness and start being serious and do what your constituents elected you to do. Really work for your paychecks, which are too high as it is.
Why don’t you take a pay cut? You really do not deserve all of that money, since you have done nothing for the American people. You are all just clowns in suits, ties and skirts.
