‘love a Library Day’ In Ridgewood

The Queens Library Foundation held its annual gala last Monday

City Council Member Elizabeth Crowley joined volunteers at the Ridgewood library last Saturday, Sept. 22, for “Love a Library Day,” during which visitors were educated about the benefits of local libraries. As noted, the event was organized by New York Cares, a nonprofit organization which helps residents find volunteer opportunities. Crowley is pictured standing fourth from left.
