Self-defense Lesson for Woodhaven Srs.

Seniors at the Forest Park Senior Center in Woodhaven recently received a crash course on selfdefense from Evon Reyes, founder of Fearless Fighting Females and a certified instructor. Sponsored by Assemblyman Mike Miller, the class featured instruction on different defensive techniques which senior citizens can use to help protect themselves from attackers. Miller and Donna Caltabiano, director of the Forest Park Senior Center, are shown looking on in the background as Reyes practices a technique with a member of the senior center.
