A man wanted for a Virginia murder was arrested by federal agents outside a Corona home on Thursday, Sept. 13.
FBI agents, with the help of the NYPD’s Manhattan Warrant Squad, arrested Udeil Delton Yates without incident at approximately 10:30 a.m. outside a residence on 108th Street in Corona on a warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
Yates was charged on July 20, 2012 by Virginia authorities with first-degree murder, malicious wounding, two counts of robbery, four counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and two counts of conspiracy to commit rob- bery in the Norfolk, Va. area.
