JAMAICA HILLS — NYPD officers were asking if the public knows the whereabouts of a man who groped a teenage girl in Jamaica Hills earlier this month.
Police said a Hispanic man in his 20s approached the young woman, 18, from behind at a location at Home Lawn Street and Aspen Place around 4:50 p.m. Oct. 13 and forcibly touched her.
The man is described as about 6 feet 2 inches tall with a large scar from the top of his head to his neck, police said.
When last seen, he was wearing a white shirt and black stripes, gray sweatpants and white sneakers, police said.
