Ridgewood Savings Promotes Officers

Several Employees Receive New Ranks

The Ridgewood Savings Bank Board of Trustees has made a number of officer promotions which took effect on New Year’s Day, Tuesday, Jan. 1.

Peter M. Boger, the chairman, president and CEO of Ridgewood Savings Bank, announced the promotions of Leonard Stekol to executive vice president and chief financial officer and Anthony J. Simeone to executive vice president and chief lending officer.

Stekol, who joined Ridgewood in 1993, previously served as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Simeone, who came to the bank in 2002, was senior vice president and chief lending officer.

The board of trustees also announced that Jack Dafgard was named vice president and district manager, Coretta Johnson was promoted to vice president and treasurer and Christopher Smith was named vice president and CRA officer.

In addition, the board also approved the following junior officer promotions: Gelsomina D’Esposito to assistant vice president, Renee Mittasch to assistance vice president and Edith Duchatelier to assistance vice president. Cheral Olivacce was named assistant mortgage officer and Rudra Rupchand was named assistant training officer.

“The commitment of each of these individuals undoubtedly plays a key role in our bank, providing the highest level of service and support to our customers,” said Boger. “Through their steadfast dedication, each has made numerous contributions to the success of our bank as well as the customers and communities that we serve.”
