The NYPD seeks the public’s help in finding this man who allegedly exposed himself to a woman during a recent ride on the E train through Richmond Hill. Police said the incident occurred at 10:30 a.m. on July 29 as a Queens-bound E train approached the Jamaica- Van Wyck station. Reportedly, the perpetrator-described as a black male between 35 and 40 years of age, standing 5’8″-tall and wearing a black hat and a black and white spotted button-down shirt-exposed himself to the female passenger, then fled out of the station after the train stopped. The incident was reported to the 102nd Precinct.
