One day before the ground-breaking New York Primary, Democratic presidential candidates continue to take Queens by storm. While Bernie Sanders is rallying at Hunters Point South Park in Long Island City tonight, Hillary Clinton was spotted today in Elmhurst and Flushing.
After she visited healthcare workers at St. John’s Riverside Hospital in Yonkers earlier today, Hillary Clinton made a stop at the Hi Tech Wash & Lube car wash in Elmhurst, where she met recently unionized workers, tweeted journalist Liz Kreutz.
“It didn’t happen overnight,” she told the workers about their unionization according to AP. “You work at it every day.”
Then the former Secretary of State headed over to Flushing’s Kung Fu Tea. There she grabbed a bubble tea with Senator Chuck Schumer and toasted to “tomorrow’s victory.”

New York primaries are tomorrow. In the meantime, Queens can enjoy being in the national political spotlight for just another day, because it’s unlikely to happen again for quite some time.
