The 1,089-square-foot apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open interior which lets in plenty of sun, wide plank white oak hardwood floors, a breakfast counter, a custom crafted dining area with bench and shelves trendy finishes, Samsung kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer, and a beautiful 75-square-foot private balcony.

According to Halstead Property, the apartment is part of the Glenridge Mews Condominium, which is a 64-unit condo with an elevator, gym and live-in super. The condo is made up of nine interconnected buildings and features several private walk-ways with greenery and landscaping.

Curbed mentions The New York Times touting Ridgewood as the new trendy neighborhood back in 2012 as a cheaper alternative to the hipster-haven of Bushwick. They even bring up the nickname bestowed upon Ridgewood by the Times, “Quooklyn.”
