Maybe he was planning a party.

A thirsty burglar who swiped bottles of liquor and two ice buckets from a South Ozone Park home earlier this month remains at large, according to police.

The NYPD released on Monday night images and video of the suspect behind the caper that occurred at 1 a.m. on Sept. 13 in the vicinity of Sutter Avenue and 124th Street.

Authorities said the suspect — described as a black male wearing a hooded sweatshirt and sweatpants while carrying a backpack — entered the garage of the residence through an unsecured door and removed the buckets as well as six bottles of booze. He then fled the scene in an unknown direction.

The homeowner, a 50-year-old man, later reported the burglary to the 106th Precinct.

Anyone with information regarding the boozy burglar’s whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS, visit their website or send a text message to 274637 (CRIMES), then enter TIP577. All calls and messages are kept confidential.
