Cops are searching for a suspect who assaulted a man during an argument in downtown Flushing earlier this month.
On June 13 at 1:10 p.m., police said, an unidentified suspect got into a verbal dispute with a 49-year-old male victim inside of a storefront at 40-02 Main St. The assailant then struck the victim in the back of the head before fleeing the scene in an unknown direction.
The incident was reported to the 109th Precinct. The victim sustained bruising and complained of pain.
Police described the suspect as a black man approximately 20 to 30 years old, standing 5 feet 8 inches tall, with a slim build and a black beard. He was last seen wearing a camouflage jacket and a black baseball hat.
