The Myrtle Avenue Fall Street Festival is returning to Ridgewood on Sunday, Sept. 25, for a day of fun, food, music and entertainment.

The festival will be run on Myrtle Avenue from Forest Avenue to Wyckoff Avenue from noon to 6 p.m. The day of fun is hosted by the Myrtle Avenue Business Improvement District to raise funds for the organization and the community it serves.

Joe Fuoco’s Music Center will take place on 71st Avenue Plaza, just off Forest and Myrtle avenues from noon to 5 p.m. There will be a vintage bus in cooperation with the MTA and NYCT between Forest and Onderdonk avenues from noon to 6 p.m.

Antique custom cars from East Coast Car and Riviera Owners Association will be on display between Forest and Onderdonk avenues from noon to 4 p.m.

Executive Director of Myrtle Avenue BID Ted Renz said his favorite part of the day is seeing the community come together.

“It’s just good to see people from the community come out and enjoy themselves for a festive day,” Renz said. “There will be rides for kids — a fun day for the whole family.”

There will be international food and entertainment, with over 200 merchants, children’s rides and game booths.

Renz encourages everyone to visit the Myrtle Avenue Business Improvement District booth near the intersection of Center Street and Onderdonk Avenue on Myrtle Avenue for giveaways, raffles and informational packets.
